Lisa Willett - Deborah

I have been taking bi-weekly yoga classes for over 40 years.  In all those years I’ve had several outstanding teachers.  Lisa stands apart. First, and most important, is her empathy.  She “sees” her students, of all ages and abilities, and takes care that they do no harm in their practice.  That they listen to their bodies and move accordingly.
