Start your health-filled day with deep breaths of fresh mountain air at our morning Hatha yoga class and mindfulness meditation session. Joining us from Dublin, our teacher Sylvia Ferguson leads us in a yoga flow that accommodates all levels, while soothing, centering and improving focus. As always, we emphasize safety, awareness and intelligence. Afterward, we enjoy a healthy brunch in the resort restaurant to prepare you for a day of hiking—or simply for spa time and utter relaxation!


Create your own alpine adventure, whether it’s exploring one of the area’s stunning hiking trails, soaring above the mountains in a paraglider or living it up at “The Beach,” our resort’s summer-only outdoor lounge. Indoors, you can unwind at the hotel’s 800-square-meter spa, which offers the latest beauty and detoxification therapies. Or you can simply lounge by the pool, read a book and enjoy the view down the green valley. In the late afternoon, we reconvene for a second yoga and meditation session with Sylvia, this time focusing on restorative poses, pranayama and yoga nidra, to bring you to a perfect state of relaxation.


Enjoy an aperitif as the sun sets over the snow-capped peaks, then sit down to a menu of delicious healthy Swiss and Mediterranean food and great company! After dinner, take a stroll around the picture-perfect town or watch the stars from the hotel terrace. Or stay in and chat by the fire, or climb into bed early with a book. Our retreats provide the perfect setting for you to relax, rejuvenate and be inspired—however you prefer it!

One of Europe’s finest ski destinations, the quiet-cool village of Verbier is also a beautiful summer getaway, with green hillsides and snow-capped peaks almost close enough to touch. Long summer days give ample time for hiking, exploring the town, enjoying a massage—and for those yearning for a thrill, you can paraglide off the mountain peaks! Evening temperatures are perfect for a cozy drink by the fire back at the resort. Our hotel, The W Verbier, is a daring contemporary design where serenity meets sophistication. Offering single, shared and couple’s accommodation, our dining package includes an amazing brunch buffet and a healthy gourmet dinner prepared by chef Sergi Arola — with a glass of wine, naturally. On our last night we enjoy a special meal out on the town in Verbier!
