Greece Cyclades island hop
Soak up the sun and bask in the Aegean on this island-hopping adventure through the Greek Cyclades! Our Greece Yoga Retreat begins in Athens and ends on the island of Milos. Traveling light, with one carry-on suitcase and a traditional Greek string backpack, we island-hop by ferry to dive into the unique beauty and culture of three less-touristed Cyclades islands: Sifnos, Serifos and Milos. Sunbathe on exotic beaches, hike alongside goats on ancient stone pathways lined by olive trees, jump off seaside cliffs into turquoise waters and swim in the warm and luscious Aegean sea. Eat at local family beach tavernas and dine at new gourmet hotspots in hilltop choras.
Milos, Sifnos & Serifos
Each island is a gem in the blue silk of the Aegean, chosen for its unique land and character. Sifnos is appreciated for hiking, authentic culture and gastronomy (one option: a Greek cooking class on an organic farm). Serifos is rural and mountainous, with great beaches, biking and a stunning hilltop medieval town. Milos claims the best beaches in Greece (70 of them!), with the famous white Lefkada caves accessible only by boat. Each day, a fun-filled itinerary for the group —join in activities or have your own adventure. Freedom and fun is what this trip is all about!
Three island hotels
Sleep in pure luxury—each room with a view to the sea: a whitewashed mansion with crystal-clear water just steps away, an old mining cave turned chic eco-residence with sumptuous Coco-Mat beds, an intimate hotel where the pool merges with the sea view and the starry night presses close. Each residence is hand-picked for it’s unique beauty and proximity to the sea.
Yoga on the sea!
Yoga classes will be tailored to the intimate group of 8 people on this trip. We salute the sun each morning, with nature as our yoga studio: a white sandy beach, elegant hotel terrace or spectacular cliff overlooking the sea. With serenity both inside and out, you’re ready for everything the Greek islands have to offer: hiking, kayaking, boat ride to a cave, swimming in the warm and welcoming Aegean—or simply sunbathing on a quiet beach and listening to the lapping waves.
Treat yourself to an effortless Mediterranean diet. Greeks are masters of the almost-vegetarian kitchen, with fresh-caught fish, delightful salads, tiny-batch olive oil—even homemade wine straight from the barrel. Sifnos in particular is known for its excellent and authentic cuisine, and everywhere we eat at both small family-run places and gourmet destinations. We enjoy two meals daily as a group, with several evenings free for you to explore local restaurants and dine intimately with your beloved.
