With twenty years experience teaching groups and individuals, Gayle can guide a brand new beginner or a seasoned practitioner through a well-rounded and well-supported practice, blending her background in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hatha Yoga, Vipassana Meditation and coaching, Whether you are in a vigorous, dynamic practice, or a gentle meditative practice, Gayle assists you in relaxing through her unique method of hands-on Adjustment-Massage throughout the practice. Gayle’s specialities are alignment, Back and Hip-Care Yoga, and Slow flow Vinyasa.

 

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS are available in the Cote d’Azur for:
  • beginners wanting to learn the basics
  • experienced students wishing to deepen their practice and have hands-on adjustments
  • Yoga–Pilates sessios
  • addressing injuries, and developing tailored programs, such as Back or Hip Care
  • relaxation and meditation

 

TYPE OF CLASSES OFFERED

Vinyasa Yoga — dynamic practice to build strength, flexibility & mindfulness, based on the ashtanga vinyasa, but slowed down to focus on alignment & meditation.

Yoga-Pilates — a combo class of yoga stretches and pilates mat work to strengthen abs, core and “derrière.” Fun, upbeat and accessible to all levels.

Gentle Yoga — gentle. . . but not too gentle that you don’t feel it!  A practice for back & hip-care, flexibility, strength, balance, breath and relaxation.

Back & Hip Care Yoga — stretching, strengthening and alignment for people with sensitive or injured backs or hips.

Mindfulness Meditation — learn to meditate using the simple and natural focus of your breath and sensations.  Mindfulness is incorporated into all classes, helping to establish a foundation of awareness and presence for all breath and movement to flow.
