Two great coaches, personal trainer and nutritional specialist, Lisa Nielsen, and yoga instructor, Leslie Nicole Smith, each with over 20 years experience in the health and wellness fields, will support you in discovering new ways to love yourself into your optimal body shape and weight, through fun exercises, nutrition, yoga, breathing, walking in nature and activities to promote will-power and positive mind states. Fitness & Nutrion with Lisa Nielsen
Colorado based Lisa Nielsen, founder of Zen Fitness and Nutrition, has been working in the wellness industry for 22 years, including personal fitness training, fitness and yoga classes, holistic nutrition counseling, cancer specific exercise training, cooking classes and wellness retreats. She has been certified by ACE Fitness as a Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Specialist for 20 years, and has a BS in Exercise Science, a nt-MPH in Public Health Nutrition, as well as a Nutrition Specialist certification through AASDN. Lisa’s vision involves helping people re-connect with a simple, sustainable approach to health and happiness. Her philosophy to wellness includes the idea that each one of is is very different from the next, and that it is important to be open to varying ideas and listen to your body for what suits you best. Lisa believes optimal health involves all facets of life… physical health, happiness, love and peace.
