YOGA & FITNESS w/ GAYLE OLSON

Gayle Olson, author of the Yoga & Fitness Guide for Women, has supported women in making healthy changes in their lives for more than 20 years. She has developed programs for women’s health and fitness that are simple and effective, including yoga, core-strength, personal training, healthy food tips and life coaching. All women are welcome, regardless of your fitness level, injuries, etc. Gayle has experience working with women in all shapes, sizes and conditions. Gayle specializes in programs for back and hip care, and is extremely attentive to body alignment and joint safety.

 

HEALTHY FOOD w/ KATHERINE DOBSON 

Katherine Dobson brings her love of cooking healthy, wholesome and delicious food to our New Body ~ New Life health retreat. In the late 90’s she owned a small vegetarian café in Peru where shopping from the open air market inspired the daily menu. Katherine focuses on teaching people how easy it can be to prepare high nutrient, low-carb foods; recipes that help regulate blood sugar, sustain energy throughout the day. . . and of course,  taste great!. Katherine now cooks for her family and friends at home in Southwest Colorado and assists clients during cleanses by providing daily fresh juices and meals.
